By accessing or using the RESCUE I.Q.™ website or platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rescue I.Q. LLC.

Certain roles within the platform — including Field Medic and Provider — require verified credentials to access. Providing false, fraudulent, or inaccurate credential information is a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of platform access. Rescue I.Q. LLC reserves the right to report credential fraud to applicable licensing boards and law enforcement authorities.
By activating the platform in an emergency event, you consent to the collection, processing, transmission, and storage of event data — including GPS location, timestamps, role assignments, intervention records, and responder identity — as described in our Privacy Policy. This data may be transmitted to EMS agencies, receiving healthcare facilities, and other emergency response personnel as part of the platform's operational function.
RESCUE I.Q.™ is a registered trademark of Rescue I.Q. LLC. The platform's AI-guided role assignment system, event coordination architecture, Failsafe Mode protocols, EMS handoff documentation system, and all associated platform elements are proprietary and protected by applicable copyright, patent, and trade secret law. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, decompilation, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RESCUE I.Q. LLC, ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO: (A) THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION; (B) ANY CLINICAL OUTCOME OR PATIENT OUTCOME ASSOCIATED WITH A PLATFORM-COORDINATED RESPONSE; (C) ANY FAILURE, DELAY, INTERRUPTION, OR INACCURACY IN PLATFORM GUIDANCE; OR (D) ANY DECISION MADE BY A USER BASED ON PLATFORM OUTPUT.
THE PLATFORM PROVIDES COORDINATION INFRASTRUCTURE. IT DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY CLINICAL OUTCOME. USERS ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rescue I.Q. LLC and its founders, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform or Service; (b) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (c) your participation in emergency response activities facilitated by the platform; or (d) your provision of false credential or identity information.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of incorporation of Rescue I.Q. LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules before any court action is initiated.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
