Information collected during active emergency events may be transmitted to EMS agencies, receiving healthcare providers, and other emergency response personnel as part of the platform's core operational function. Waitlist and contact information is retained until you request deletion or until we offer account migration at platform launch. Emergency event records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in compliance with applicable medical documentation standards. You may request deletion of non-event-record data at any time.

Certain emergency event records may be subject to legal retention requirements and may not be fully deletable upon request.
